Episode 1: Sometimes Being a Hero isn’t so Super

I’m G—though around here, most people know me as TechniGal, defender of the digital realm and occasional wrangler of runaway passwords. Pixel, my trusty guinea pig sidekick, likes to say I “save people from technology… and technology from people.” He’s not wrong.

Most folks don’t notice me until something goes terribly, spectacularly wrong. And when panic hits, the questions start flying:

“My password isn’t working. Why did you change it?”

(I didn’t.)

“I called you or emailed you or… something. Why didn’t you respond?”

(I have zero record of this.)

“I’ve been having this issue for weeks and never told you. Why is it still broken?”

(…Pixel just squeaks softly at this one.)

But here’s the truth: I love what I do. Helping people conquer their fear of technology—yes, technophobia is absolutely a thing—makes the chaos worth it. Every fix means someone gets to keep moving, keep creating, keep doing what they’re meant to do.

To some, I’m a superhero.

To others, I’m a “necessary evil.”

Pixel thinks Batman probably felt the same way, and honestly… he’s probably right.

However you see me, I’m here to help. One glitch, one meltdown, one mystery in need of solving.

Saving the world—one tech issue at a time.
