I’m TechniGal — but you can call me G.
By day, I work at a helpdesk, solving mysteries in the Digital District. When I’m not battling rogue pop‑ups or rescuing lost passwords, I’m off learning new things and sharpening my tech‑hero skills.
Like most superheroes, I hide in plain sight. But when there’s a need — a glitch, a meltdown, or a cry for help — I’m ready.
I’m really good at fixing tech issues, but what I love most is teaching people how to prevent them. My stories are inspired by real situations I’ve encountered as a tech‑hero, lightly fictionalized to protect the innocent. My goal isn’t to embarrass anyone — it’s to turn “teachable moments” into tools that help people feel more confident with technology.

Meet Pixel
Pixel is my tiny but mighty sidekick — a guinea pig with more enthusiasm than any creature his size should reasonably possess. He keeps me grounded during the hardest tech emergencies and reminds us all that learning tech doesn’t need to be intimidating. Sometimes, it can even be fun.
Together, we save the world one tech issue at a time.
